Jesus Vallejo has revealed he chose Wolver over ‘many offers’ after switching from Real Madrid on loan. The 22-year-old defender is on a season-long loan from the Bernabeu giants. Wolves are guaranteed one of their biggest followings in recent years after selling out of tickets for the Carabao Cup derby at Villa. All 5,346 tickets have been eagerly snapped up by fans, who will be housed behind the goal in the North Stand at Villa Park on Wednesday, October 30 (7.45pm). Thommo: Wolves fans are being punished over UEFA ruling

Wolves favourite Andy Thompson believes the club’s fans are being punished rather than Slovan Bratislava’s supporters over UEFA’s controversial ruling. Bratislava lost an appeal over the Europa League game against Wolves on October 24 being staged behind closed doors after racist chanting marred a match against Greek side PAOK in August.
