Bright loan move to Wigan as he signs new Wolves deal

Wolves have allowed Bright Enobakhare to join Championship side Wigan on a season-long loan – after signing a new contract. The 21-year-old forward heads up the M6 to join Wigan boss Paul Cook – the former Molineux midfielder – having penned a new one-year deal. He had an extra 12 month option activated on his deal earlier this summer. Wolves look set to win the race to sign Reading’s highly-rated England Under-20 international Danny Loader. The 18-year-old striker is into the last year of his contract and has refused to sign a new deal. Wolves have had several offers turned down for the teenager, who has made 24 appearances for the Royals, scoring once. Wolves are set to announce the signing of Bayern Munich youngster Meritan Shabani as they continue to spread their net wide for emerging talent. The versatile 20-year-old midfielder has agreed a permanent deal to sign before today’s 5pm transfer deadline and will undergo a medical today before joining the Under-23s. Shabani, who can play as an attacking midfielder, on the wing or as a second striker, has made three senior appearances for Bayern.
