Vallejo signs – and could become a Real Wolves player

Wolves have announced their first new summer signing in the season-long loan of Real Madrid defender Jesus Vallejo – and the deal could become permanent. The 22-year-old centre back has agreed his third loan spell away from the Bernabeu after spells at Real Zaragoza and Eintracht Frankfurt. But unlike those stints, this one could become a far lengthier one as the arrangement is similar to the one that saw Jonny Castro Otto sign on a permanent basis from Atletico Madrid for £18m in January.
