Wolves are set to sign young Paris Saint-Germain defender Raphael Nya, according to various reports in France.
The 19-year-old, who can play right back or central defender, has agreed a three-year contract at Molineux, say France Football and goal.com
Nya had signed a trainee contract with PSG until 2020 and captained the club’s Under-19s last season in the UEFA Youth League. PSG finished second behind Liverpool in the group stage before going out to Hertha Berlin in the play-off round.
No fee has been mentioned, while it is unclear whether Les Parisiens offered the Franco-Cameroonian the chance to extend his contract in Paris.
Nya is pictured in a Wolves training jersey signing a contract in a photo tweeted by French journalist Benjamin Quarez (@B_Quarez), captioned ‘Raphael Nya after signing at Wolverhampton’.
The youngster will join two other French players at Molineux – fellow French-Cameroon full back Sylvain Deslandes, and Willy Boly.
