Rondon’s demands could scupper move to Wolves

Wolves’ chances of landing target Salomon Rondon could hinge on his chances of playing regular football. It’s understood the Albion striker has made it clear during talks he wants to play every game, something Wolves head coach Nuno Espirito Santo will not guarantee anyone. Nuno sees the Venezuela international competing with Raul Jimenez for a regular starting place. But he will not agree to him starting every game. Wolves’ deal could be worth £10m

Wolves have announced the biggest kit sponsorship deal in the club’s history, signing up with global gaming firm ManBetX. The two-year agreement comes after Wolves ended their partnership with W88 12 months into a similar length deal. It’s understood the new sponsorship is worth around £10m, while sources say they have paid off W88 at a cost of £3m. ManBetX, who are based in Malta, have sponsored Crystal Palace for the past two years and also back the snooker Welsh Open.
