Liverpool weighing up possible move for Wolves star Neves

Wolves midfield star Ruben Neves is being eyed by Liverpool over a potential move to Anfield. Reds assistant manager Pep Lijnders has revealed the 22-year-old is on the radar of manager Jurgen Klopp ahead of this summer’s transfer window. Lijnders helped Neves to blossom when the 36-year-old was coach at Porto’s academy from 2006-14, and he is said to have been consistently impressed by the Portugal international since. Wolves to return to Marbella for warm weather training

Wolves are set to return to Marbella to help banish their FA Cup blues. Nuno Espirito Santo’s side will fly out to southern Spain immediately after Saturday’s Premier League game at Southampton for a few days’ training in the sunshine, before returning next Thursday to prepare for the visit of Brighton on Easter Saturday, April 20. The trip has been planned for a month. Nuno has previously taken his players away to the Costa del Sol resort this season, after the FA Cup fourth round replay win against Shrewsbury.
